I liked that the staff took my bags upon arrival and showed me to reception. They checked me in very quickly and were quite helpful. When I got to my room, I saw my bags were already there and my jacket was hung in the wardrobe. The spa was clean and relaxing .
I thought the hot tub in the wellness area was cold.

the hotel grounds were well maintained. i enjoyed the variety of saunas and steam rooms in the spa area. the hotel provided luxurious gaia products in my room, that was a nice detail.
the minibar in the room was not restocked daily, so I had to request refills.

basic spanon-functioning wifithin walls
The spa was acceptable. I suppose it met basic expectations.
The courtyard room was small. It felt quite basic. the wifi did not work, so netflix was impossible. i could hear other guests easily through the walls. This did not help with relaxation.
